Suda Izaro Araun, later known as Izaro the Great (Izaro Handia), was an Oncheran warlord and stateswoman who rose to prominence in the closing days of the Later Bazambide era, and was the focal point and leader during the early Araun period. She led the State of Onchera as Rabeaneta from 3010 to 3057. Scholars generally consider her reign to mark the modernisation of Onchera, which ended the Rabeaneta period and transformed Onchera from a feudal state into an industrialised empire and world power.
Inheriting headship of the Araun clan at a young age, Izaro led her clan by through a careful balance of violence, intrigue and diplomacy.
