The Fifth Sunly Army (FSA) is the military of the Elekonetadom of Onchera. It consists of four services—Land Forces, Sea Forces, Air Forces, and Rocket Forces—and four Operations Rooms—Cyber Operations, Information Support Operations, and Logistics Operations. The Queen of Rabekareta, Ibara Ariaku, fills the role of Rabeaneta (Supreme Commander of the Army) for the FSA and all of its constitutient forces and operations rooms.
The FSA traces its origins to the feudal period of Onchera, and is legally the same institution that formed the militarised nobility of the feudal period. The FSA is not a traditional nation-state military. It is a part, and the armed wing, of the Ariaku dynasty and controlled by them, not by the state. According to Oncheran law, the Ariaku dynasty has leadership over the armed forces and exercises supreme military command. Additionally, Onchera lacks a typical "Ministry of Defense", with the civil government holding no command authority.
Etymology
The Fifth Sunly Army is named in reference to the Four Sunly Armies of the Four Seasonal Generals in Oncheran religion. Aide the Sun, as the first Elekoneta and, according to Aidegani, part of the body of Mize, appointed the Rabeaneta as the supreme commander of the Fifthy Sunly Army
